The original company was founded by Floyd E. Rosini, Sr. and John Rosini, Sr., in 1946. It operated as Floyd E. Rosini & Son. Floyd Jr. joined the team and subsequently the company name changed to Floyd E. Rosini & Sons. 

 

Upon the retirement of Floyd E. Rosini Sr. in 1970, Rosini Service LTD was formed.  In 1988, John Rosini, Sr. retired and  John J. Rosini, Jr. became President & Manager, changing the name to Rosini Furniture Service.

John J. Rosini, a Certified Journeyman by the State of New York, not only actively repairs and restores, delighting in the day-to-day craft work, but also surveys, evaluates and composes reports on all the company’s furniture repair projects as well as appraisal assignments.

Our services are based on three generations of cumulative expertise encompassing a vast body of knowledge. We are highly skilled in the capabilities of furniture repair, conservation and restoration. We are able to identify historical periods, style and the appropriate woods and finishes used for the correct match of materials and technical methods of repair. Our staff includes masters in the intricate art of joinery, woodworking and the application of both classic and modern finishes.
